The new 2025 Subaru Solterra, the all-wheel drive electric SUV, gives you the freedom to explore without worry. It is equipped with a fast charging system. The battery charges from 10% to 80% in about 35 minutes, providing a range of up to 227 miles. Even in low temperatures, the cold-weather optimized system maintains efficient charging performance. The new Subaru Solterra offers outstanding performance thanks to its electric all-wheel drive system. Equipped with two 80 kW electric motors each, located on the front and rear axles, the Solterra develops a total power of 218 hp. This system ensures optimal torque distribution between the wheels, providing excellent stability and control on various types of terrain. The X-Mode AWD function, taken from the gasoline models, improves traction in difficult conditions, allowing the vehicle to cope with rough terrain. With a ground clearance of 210 mm, the Solterra is ready for off-road adventures, while maintaining the efficiency and performance of an electric vehicle.

Subaru's all-wheel drive technology and expertise are now also at the service of an electric vehicle. Thanks to the action of eAxle motors on the front and rear axles, power distribution is continuously and precisely controlled to maintain grip at each wheel. Powering a car with electricity opens up a new world of possibilities: the new e-SUBARU GLOBAL PLATFORM enables a compact, high-power battery integrated into the vehicle frame for greater rigidity. Front and rear axle motors provide better handling, greater safety and a quiet response that only an electric vehicle can provide.
The Solterra is built on an all-new platform designed to maximize electric vehicle performance. The high-power battery is located under the floor, lowering the center of gravity for improved handling and an extremely space-efficient and livable layout. The front and rear axles are equipped with compact eAxle motors with instant torque delivery for powerful, fast response and linear acceleration. The S-PEDAL DRIVE system allows dynamic acceleration/deceleration control from the accelerator pedal. The battery temperature is controlled by a liquid cooling system to ensure stable performance.

EyeSight *1 , Subaru's advanced driver assistance system, works like a second pair of eyes on the road, using two stereo cameras to capture color images with excellent visual recognition performance almost as good as the human eye. When it detects potential hazards such as vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians *3 , it warns the driver and applies the brakes and steering if necessary, enabling even safer and more relaxed driving.
When turning, the direction of the light beam emitted by the headlights changes depending on the movement of the steering wheel, for greater visibility when cornering, especially at night.
The SRVD system, through sensors mounted on the rear corners of the vehicle, warns the driver of vehicles approaching from behind to avoid risks when changing lanes. It also warns you of potential dangers when reversing on roads with cross traffic.
For clearer vision at night. A multi-LED light system illuminates all blind spots without dazzling vehicles ahead or oncoming vehicles.
